LANCHO Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of LANCHO websites,
mobile applications, customer services, rider partner services, shop/restaurant partner
services, order tracking, payment, support, and related features.

By accessing or using LANCHO, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cancellation
& Refund Policy, and Delivery Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use LANCHO.
About LANCHO
LANCHO operates a digital delivery platform that connects customers with shops, restaurants,
and delivery/rider partners for food, grocery, daily essentials, pick & drop, and related
services. Some goods and services are supplied by independent shops/restaurants or service
partners. LANCHO may act as a technology platform, delivery facilitator, support provider,
or merchant/service provider depending on the specific transaction.
Eligibility and Account Security
- You must provide accurate name, phone number, address, payment, and account information.
- You are responsible for OTPs, passwords, device access, and all activity under your account.
- Do not create fake accounts, place fake orders, abuse offers, or misuse referral/reward systems.
- LANCHO may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts involved in fraud, abuse, payment disputes, policy violations, or unsafe conduct.
- If you are using LANCHO on behalf of a shop, restaurant, business, or rider partner, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that party.
Orders, Pricing, and Availability
- Product availability, preparation time, delivery time, delivery fees, packing charges, taxes, discounts, and final payable amount may vary by location, shop, time, order size, and service conditions.
- Final pricing is shown at checkout before you place an order. Prices may change before order confirmation.
- Shops/restaurants are responsible for accurate menus, product descriptions, pricing, food quality, packaging, legal compliance, and item availability unless LANCHO directly supplies the item.
- LANCHO may cancel or modify an order if the item is unavailable, address is outside service area, payment fails, rider is unavailable, weather/traffic/safety conditions affect delivery, or suspicious activity is detected.
- Product images are for reference. Actual product, packaging, portion, color, or presentation may vary.
Payments, Wallet, and Billing
- LANCHO may support cash, wallet, UPI, cards, net banking, payment gateway, COD, and other payment methods depending on availability.
- Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Razorpay, Cashfree, PhonePe, banks, card networks, or other gateways. Their terms may also apply.
- Orders are treated as confirmed only after successful payment authorization or accepted COD/order confirmation.
- Wallet balances, refunds, promotional credits, coupons, and rewards may be subject to validity, misuse checks, and operational limits.
- For any app-store based purchase, Google Play/App Store refund or billing rules may apply in addition to LANCHO policy and applicable law.
Delivery and Shipping
Delivery depends on serviceability, rider availability, shop preparation time, customer address,
traffic, weather, and operational conditions. Estimated delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.
- Customers must provide a complete and reachable delivery address and be available to receive calls/messages.
- Failed delivery due to wrong address, unreachable customer, refusal to accept, or unsafe delivery location may be treated as customer-side cancellation.

Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on order status, product type, preparation stage,
payment method, partner confirmation, and reason for cancellation. Perishable, prepared, customized,
or already-dispatched items may not be refundable except where required by law or approved by LANCHO.
- Approved refunds may be credited to the original payment method, LANCHO wallet, or another method allowed by LANCHO/payment provider within a reasonable period after approval, subject to bank/payment gateway timelines and applicable law.
- Payment gateway, bank, or card network timelines may apply after LANCHO initiates a refund.

Customer Responsibilities
- Do not misuse LANCHO for illegal, unsafe, abusive, harassing, fraudulent, or harmful activity.
- Do not abuse riders, shop staff, support staff, or other users.
- Do not tamper with the app, attempt unauthorized access, scrape data, exploit bugs, or interfere with service operations.
- Verify order details, address, phone number, payment mode, and special instructions before placing the order.
- For age-restricted or regulated items, you must meet legal requirements and provide valid proof when requested.
Rider Partner Terms
- Riders must provide accurate KYC, contact, vehicle, bank/payout, and onboarding information.
- Riders must follow traffic laws, safety rules, order handling instructions, customer privacy, and delivery timelines.
- Rider live/background location may be used for order assignment, delivery tracking, distance calculation, safety, and operational support as explained in our Privacy Policy.
- COD, wallet, cash collection, settlement, penalties, incentives, and earnings are subject to LANCHO operational rules and audit checks.
- Unsafe behavior, fraud, order manipulation, cash mismatch, harassment, or policy violation may lead to suspension, payout hold, recovery, or termination.
Shop and Restaurant Partner Terms
- Partners must provide accurate business, license, menu/product, price, tax, bank, and contact information.
- Partners are responsible for food/product quality, hygiene, expiry, legal compliance, packaging, substitutions, and customer-facing information.
- Partners must prepare accepted orders on time and update availability/status accurately.
- Settlements, commissions, deductions, refunds, penalties, and withdrawals are subject to LANCHO partner rules and transaction records.
- LANCHO may disable products, pause listings, hold settlement, or terminate partner access for repeated cancellations, unsafe products, fraudulent activity, or policy violations.
Content, Reviews, and Communication
- You may not post abusive, false, illegal, misleading, obscene, defamatory, or infringing content.
- LANCHO may moderate, remove, restrict, or report content that violates these Terms or applicable law.
- In-app chat, calls, voice notes, support messages, and notifications may be used only for service-related communication.
Intellectual Property
LANCHO name, logo, software, content, design, trademarks, and platform assets belong to LANCHO
or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, reproduce, sell, or misuse them
without written permission.
Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
LANCHO services are provided on an "as available" basis. We try to provide reliable service,
but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact delivery time, product availability, third-party
performance, or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LANCHO will not be
liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential losses arising from use of the service.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will first be handled through LANCHO
support and grievance resolution. If unresolved, disputes may be subject to courts or authorities having
jurisdiction over LANCHO operations, unless applicable law provides otherwise.
